3D Doughnut man!

In this project I was very excited because I learned how to build both a 3D character and environment.

I already had an abundant amount of characters, wanting to further develop them, I decided to include them in the current project.

These are The characters:
Sparks the cat, Pizza Dino and Doughnut man of course.

Sparks is a robotic cat who's soul purpose was to destroy
however he was deactivated in the middle of the great war, a boy finds him in a ruined building, who is looking for supplies and finds Sparks instead.

Now the Pizza Dino was all that it was a dinosaur with a sort of Pacman face. I thought on further developing this design as to have a more original design. So Pizza Dino changed to three adorable little dinosaurs called
Nix, Noms and Nash.

Noms Nix and Nash would have been the characters I built in this project, as 3D models, providing I had better software skills at the time.

Doughnut man is just what you would think A lazy old doughnut who watches TV and drinks a cold one.
The original design of Doughnut man was very much inspired by Sonic the hedgehog. Mainly Shadow the Hedgehog.
His shoes where inspired by the shoes that shadow wore.

Games Concept Art

In this project I created a concept piece of a vehicle for a video game.

The idea was to choose either a Vehicle, environment or Character. I chose to create a futuristic vehicle
this was mostly inspired by Massive Black and other Sci fi Concepts I found on the web.

After browsing for a while I decided to choose a car that has a futuristic look to it. I thought a Lamborghini would Suffice.

Anyway here is some pictures of the process taken to make this.

I went through many different processes till I decided this would be the one I wanted to stick with.

James Bond Project

In this project we each had to create a short title intro for a James Bond movie.
Mine was Casino Royale.

Watching the Casino Royale intro it helped me discover what style I wanted and gave me
an idea to set the theme of my animation.

You can find the link here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YnzgdBAKyJo&feature=kp
After I got the theme down I made a quick storyboard to plan out how I wanted everything to look.

I used a Green Screening technique to capture dice rolling on a table. This was filmed as an experiment for my first scene. This is also where I got first introduced into the wonderful world of 3D modeling.

here are some images of the intro Barrel scene these are as far as I got with the animation this was because I was fascinated with animation and therefore distracted when I saw Cinema 4D the 3D modeling software.

The semi silhouetted figure is one of my classmates Saun. thanks to him I had a real person for this shot.
great acting.
